VivoAquatics a finalist in the 2017 SaaS Awards

VivoAquatics SaaS

The innovative water company has reached the finals in three categories in the global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Awards programme.

VivoAquatics is a finalist in the categories Best SaaS Product for Business Intelligence or Analytics, Best Data-Driven SaaS Product, and Best SaaS Product for Productivity.

VivoAquatics was launched in 2014 and has swiftly become a world leader in providing water management equipment and proprietary software solutions.  Its customers include a host of leading resorts, hotels, fitness clubs, multi-family housing and waterparks around the globe.

Current partners include Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons, and MGM alongside a large number of other leading hospitality, fitness, and multi-family apartment brands.

Both cloud-based platform and physical aquatic solutions give the technology and analytics to manage water within properties in a highly effective manner.  Using solutions such as the VivoPoint ™ automation and monitoring solution, venues can reduce costs and risks and save water. Government compliance standards are more easily met.  Overall facility experience is improved.

SaaS, the Software-as-a-Service Awards programme has awards for both excellence and innovation.  It accepts entries worldwide.  TAwards celebrate SaaS solutions across public clouds, as well as alongside private, single-tenant solutions, off-premise or on-premise.

“Competition in the global marketplace for SaaS is incredibly fierce,” says Richard Lindhorn, Director of Development for VivoAquatics.  “So for VivoAquatics and our VivoPoint ™ solution to be shortlisted in multiple categories is an incredible achievement for the team.”

“Software as a service is the new software standard,” says Larry Johnson, SaaS Awards and Cloud Awards organiser. He says that global competition is incredibly fierce, with incredibly disruptive technologies shaking up the marketplace.  “The dust is far from settled. It’s a new playing field altogether, with providers constantly innovating to ensure their clients are always leveraging best-of-breed software services which are reliable yet still at the cutting edge.”

This is the second year SaaS has been promoted alongside the long-running Cloud Awards.  “We have seen a huge variety of submissions from the US and outside North America – comprising organizations of all sizes from large, blue-chip organizations to agile, niche-filling start-ups,” says Johnson. “With such a high standard of submissions… to make the shortlist is itself a huge honour.”

Over 300 organizations entered, with international entries coming from North America, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
