Universal Orlando Resort has seemingly installed some giant raptors for its upcoming but unannounced Jurassic Park roller coaster at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
There has been no official announcement from Universal Orlando, instead an image of the raptors being installed came via Orlando Informer on Twitter.
“Life, uh, finds a way… just like this giant wrapped raptor is making its way onto the unannounced coaster in Jurassic Park via crane,” wrote Orlando Informer.

Construction has seemingly resumed on the hotly-anticipated attraction, with plastic-wrapped raptors being lowered into the park by a crane.
In another tweet, a raptor is pictured within the theme park as guests watch. Orlando Informer wrote: “Welcome to Jurassic Park – us to the colossal, raptor-shaped package that just appeared near the unannounced coaster in Islands of Adventure.”

Universal Orlando appeared to respond, writing on Twitter: “Everyone: What are you building over there? Us: Don’t be suspicious, don’t be suspicious.”
The ride is expected to be a ‘story coaster’, much like Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, which launched in Orlando in June 2019.
Based on construction progress and the latest images, it’s thought that the Jurassic Park coaster will debut at some point in 2021.

Last year, Universal Studios Hollywood officially opened Jurassic World – The Ride, a new thrill ride that uses state-of-the-art visual effects and technology.
Jurassic World – The Ride features an original storyline, which takes place inside Universal Studios on the day the Indominus rex escapes.
Meanwhile, a new report says that Universal Orlando is seeing an increase in attendance, and is currently receiving more visitors than Disney.
