The accolade is the result of outstanding feedback from staff

Falcon’s Beyond Global, a fully integrated development enterprise for IP-driven parks, resorts, media and merchandise, has been awarded a major Central Floridian corporate award.

The company has been included in the Top Workplaces 2022 list by Orlando Sentinel Media Group, an honour based solely on colleague feedback gathered by employee engagement technology firm Energage, LLC. Using an anonymous survey, the scheme measures fifteen culture drivers that are essential to the success of any organisation including alignment, execution, and connection.

Falcon’s Beyond is a fully integrated experiential entertainment development enterprise headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Focusing on a 360-degree IP Expander model, the Company uses proprietary and partner IPs to global markets through a selection of owned and operated theme parks, resorts, attractions, patented technologies, feature films, TV series, consumer products, licensing, and more.
