Imagineear, leading provider of multimedia content and technology solutions, has provided Tower Bridge with its Digital GroupGuide™ system.
The Digital GroupGuide™ is a light-weight, user-friendly transmitter and a number of receivers that provides digital clarity for up to 64 groups simultaneously even in noisy settings. The audio is on discrete channels with a range of over 50 metres.
Tower Bridge is one of the most famous London landmarks. It offers groups guided tours which are conducted by trained and qualified Welcome Hosts.
With Imagineear’s DGG™, groups can enjoy a more intimate auditory experience. It spares the Welcome Host’s voice, allowing them to conduct more frequent tours and to larger groups at a time.
Imagineear’s new suitcase charger, designed to be more robust with improved ventilation, is also in use at the attraction as the DGG™ portable charging station.
2017 is proving a busy year for Imagineear, which provides multimedia content and technology solutions for visitor attractions. It recently announced a partnership with Mariusz Marszalkiewicz to help drive its expansion into the Polish market. Marszalkiewicz will spearhead new business development in Poland for the cultural and attractions sector. It also supplied the National Museum in Warsaw with its MediaPacker™ devices. In addition, Imagineear supplied its hand-held immersive multimedia guides for the travelling exhibtion about The Rolling Stones, Exhibitionism.
