Lumsden, a design firm specialising in retail and F&B for visitor attractions, has announced that it will be exhibiting at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place in Barcelona from 28 – 30 September. The London-based firm creates memorable and profitable environments to boost the revenue and reputation of some of the world’s most well-known destinations. It is an expert in the design of unique retail and F&B spaces.
Callum Lumsden, founder and creative director, will be representing the company at the trade show and can be found on the Experience UK stand, booth #2-369.
Meet the award-winning designer
Callum Lumsden is best known for the award-winning shops at MoMA, New York, and at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter in London. He has also appeared on UK TV appearances with broadcaster and retail guru Mary Portas. The Lumsden design team is currently working on a wide range of retail and café design projects, including M+ in Hong Kong, Warner Bros. Studio Tour, The Making of Harry Potter – Japan and the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto.
Lumsden is looking forward to meeting IAAPA Expo attendees who are exploring how to generate significant revenue from their shops and cafés, whilst providing a seamless and immersive visitor attraction brand experience for their visitors.
“This will be the first time that Lumsden Design will be represented at IAAPA which is a great honour as well as a fantastic opportunity for my design agency,” he says. “I am looking forward to face-to-face meetings with representatives of the attractions industry who are looking to develop their retail and hospitality offers to a level which delights their visitors whilst maximising their revenue.”
Last year, Lumsden won an award for its retail concept at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, where it redesigned the retail experience and created new restaurants.
