Clip ‘n Climb, an international leader in the fun climbing market, is exhibiting at IAAPA Expo Europe in Vienna, Austria, this week, where the team has unveiled a new addition to the firm’s ever-growing catalogue of climbing challenges.

Velocity is an exciting addition to the fun climbing world. At its most difficult setting, it’s made to introduce side pulls and undercut grips to the Clip ‘n Climb centre, allowing climbers to master new climbing skills. These qualities give climbers a unique experience in addition to increasing the challenge.

With three distinct routes up the challenge, it has also been designed to entertain players of all ages and skill levels with the addition of foot grips. Like all Clip ‘n Climb challenges, these multiple paths let climbers select a difficulty level that works for them. This means that climbers can level up the challenge at each visit if they wish to, which keeps it engaging and encourages repeat visits.

Inclusive challenges

Danny Hodgson, commercial manager at Clip ‘n Climb says: “We’re well known for our inclusivity, and proud to say that Clip ‘n Climb is a real family activity, we continue to create climbs that are suitable for all ages and abilities. This also allows centres to attract a broader audience, from kids to adults, ensuring that their facilities remain family-friendly destinations.

“We’ve also included a timer which, unlike our other speed climbs, is about personal improvement rather than competing against others, to foster a sense of personal achievement and growth. This self-improvement aspect can also lead to climbers returning for more, ensuring repeat business and a loyal customer base.”

Clip ‘n Climb’s Velocity Challenge is an ideal addition to any centre, thanks to its technical elements, seamless integration of speed, bold colour palette, and accessibility to climbers of all ages.

Earlier this year, Clip ‘n Climb signed a license agreement with Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). As a result, the company will build and operate attractions across several upcoming entertainment destinations by SEVEN in Saudi Arabia.
