American Dream’s lineup of attractions continues to grow, with a new immersive gaming experience called Blast 7D now open at the retailtainment destination in New Jersey.

Blast 7D takes riders and gamers on “an immersive odyssey through seven dimensions”, according to American Dream. The unique offering is “the world’s first fully interactive, fully immersive 7D ride”.

Located next to Angry Birds Mini Golf, Blast 7D is described as an immersive video game experience and roller coaster-style attraction.

“American Dream offers exhilarating, unique experiences to our guests that they won’t find anywhere else in the world,” said Bryan Gaus, SVP general manager of American Dream.

“Blast 7D is a stellar example of that,” he said. “It’s a thrilling new form of gameplay. We’re so impressed with the visionary creative work of Blast 7D’s creators. They are truly at the cutting edge of multi-sensory interactive action and adventure.”

While blasting “evil robot cowboys, zombies, and many other villains through different worlds” and competing for the highest score, players experience the sensation of flying, diving, jumping and falling.

“This first-of-its-kind immersive concept is designed to thrill and excite those ages four to 104. Blast 7D is truly for everyone. As I like to say, we are in the business of fun!”

Developed by Triple Five Group, American Dream is home to world-class entertainment, retail and dining. Attractions include DreamWorks Water Park, Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, Legoland Discovery Center and Sea Life Aquarium.

It also features Big Snow Ski Hill, Dream Wheel and TiLT Museum, and will soon launch the Game Room Powered by Hasbro, Skip Barber Racing Go-Kart Academy, Activate Games, and the Paradox Museum.
