Connect&GO expands in France with extended Looping Group partnership

News
Connect&GO Looping Group

Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has announced that it has extended its partnership with the Looping Group. The firm’s solution is now being used at five more of the Looping Group’s attractions in France, including two of the country’s biggest parks.

A total of eight attractions are now using the Connect&GO solution in France, significantly enhancing the firm’s position in this market and in Europe.

Meeting diverse needs

Looping Group will deploy Connect&GO’s groundbreaking cloud-based technology at five of its attractions. This technology will provide a fully integrated solution including commercial sales, CRM, marketing automation, online and on-site ticket booking, access control, cash-free payments, smart wearables, business intelligence, AI functions, self-service kiosks, and more.

Looping Group is one of the most significant owners and operators of theme parks, water parks, aquariums, and wildlife parks in Europe. Its 18 attractions across eight European countries attract a total of around 6.2 million visitors each year. Looping Group properties can be found in the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia, and include famous parks such as Mer de Sable and Bagatelle in France.

Looping Group chose to partner with Connect&GO following a rigorous selection process, designed to find the best partner to support the expansion of the group’s assets.

Connect&GO will provide a unique and integrated platform for Looping Group that will allow them to centralise data and create effective marketing campaigns tailored to the data of each park. This will increase productivity and ROI by automating procedures associated with reservations and activities.

Anne-Lise Vergnory, sales and marketing director of Looping Group, comments: “With customer experience and visitor satisfaction at the heart of our strategy, having an efficient ticketing system is key. Connect&GO listened to our needs and helped us address our challenges.

“We worked hand-in-hand to have a solution that now makes the operator and customer journey smoother. The results of our POC were positive: our teams and our visitors were satisfied! We are therefore delighted to deploy the solution in 7 of our group’s parks.”

This contract extension follows the launch of the Connect&GO platform in two of Looping Group sites in France last year (Cobac Parc and Aquarium St-Malo), with a total of seven installations at the group’s attractions so far. Mer de Sable, Parc Bagatelle, Grand Aquarium de Touraine, Mini-Châteaux, and Planète Sauvage are among the new additions.

Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO, says: “For years, the French market has been looking for an innovative technological supplier offering a complete solution, capable of meeting the diverse needs of leisure parks.

“With our technological expertise, capacity for innovation and in-depth understanding of the needs of leisure parks, Connect&GO is determined to fill this void and challenge the incumbent players who have dominated the sector for decades. To do this, we have invested significant resources to adapt our product to the specificities of the French market.”

Growth in Europe

Connect&GO intends to invest significantly as part of its growth in Europe. Key appointments are planned to support its growth and commitment to both the French and wider European markets.

Myriam Blanchette, director of implementation and customer success, explains: “At Connect&GO, we firmly believe that the success of our expansion in Europe will depend on the satisfaction of our customers. For too long, ticketing solution providers have taken their customer for granted. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience at every park and attraction we serve because we view our guests as partners, not customers.

“Our ultimate goal is to transform our customers into ambassadors for our solution, because we believe that their positive testimony will be the best guarantee of success for Connect&GO in France and beyond.”

Connect&GO recently announced a number of new projects aimed at achieving its strategic goal of presenting a comprehensive and cohesive solution to the European market. These include product enhancements, such as integrations with the French electronic invoicing portal Chorus Pro and integrations with major French distribution channels, Ticketmaster and Francebillet.

Connect&GO will be presenting its Konnect platform at IAAPA Expo Europe in Vienna. Delegates can book a meeting with the team online.

Connect&GO recently announced a partnership with Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. Its platform will enable cashless transactions for visitors at a range of Hurricane Harbor water parks.
