Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, will be attending the International Bowl Expo 2024, which is taking place from 1 to 2 July in Denver, US. Benefits of Mobile Wallet technology
In 2022-2023, Embed’s metric findings from its clients revealed that the average Mobile Wallet reload value had increased by five times to $50.57. In comparison, the average reload value of cash was $9.90, and credit card was $31.95. Furthermore, it found that 60% of reloads occur before visitors arrive at the family entertainment centre (FEC).

Supporting growth
Embed GoTrain, the Success Squad’s education arm, offers gamified in-venue training for FEC operators and staff. This helps them increase Mobile Wallet registrations and sign-ups, resulting in revenue growth. These sessions have been highly beneficial for attractions such as Big Al’s, a multi-location FEC, and Yakima Family Fun Center.
Over three months after the GoTrain session, Big Al’s experienced a 16 times increase in Mobile Wallet registrations and a nine times increase in average reload value. Yakima Family Fun Center’s Mobile Wallet visitor registrations increased by 5.4 times following its GoTrain session, leading to a five times increase in average reload value from $10 to $50.
Embed will also showcase its new Made-to-Order Designer Game Cards at the event. The cards are now available from the firm’s online shop.
