Production capability is enhanced through the new corporate investment for the German firm

project: syntropy, creator of technology and display solutions for dome cinemas and immersive attractions, has provided an inside look at its new company workshop.

Following its 8,600 square metre land purchase near the company’s commercial office in Magdeburg, Germany, project: syntropy’s brand new workshop has been unveiled after completing construction.

With a floor space of approximately 1,000 square metres, project: syntropy’s technical and project management teams have now officially transferred to the state-of-the-art facility. The building mainly features a large workshop area, alongside three offices and a large parking area for staff and visitors. Other amenities include new meeting rooms and a recreational room designed to help the team to maintain colleague relationships and relax between shifts.

International customer base

project: syntropy’s are to create innovative interactive concepts by utilising immersive technologies for the creation, visualisation and representation of digital virtual content. The firm has built a reputation for its services in particular within interactive learning, information and entertainment-based environments. “We develop user-friendly and intuitive solutions and attractions for simulation and training, communication and entertainment as well as for events, Expos, art and culture,” adds the firm.

project: syntropy has a wide range of clients in the transport and automotive sectors including BMW AG, Daimler AG, Renault S.A.S., Volkswagen AG, Airbus Defence & Space and Airbus Helicopters.

Notably within the attractions sector, project: syntropy has played a role in Germany’s DYNAMIKUM Science Center, as well as Expo 2005 (Aichi, Japan), Expo 2010 (Shanghai, China) and Expo 2012 (Yeosu, South Korea) as well as various other museums and institutions in Germany, Austria and Italy.

The firm also works with German multinational chemical company BASF; Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, an independent non-governmental association of German research institutes; and Technical Universities Braunschweig, Chemnitz and Munich.

project: syntropy recently attended SEA Expo 2022, a major trade event for the attractions industry held in the Middle East.
