Popular UK entertainment and amusement centre, Clacton Pier, has installed Semnox Solutions’ Parafait suite of applications to manage its cashless and ticketing operations.
The family destination at Clacton on Sea in Essex is utilising Parafait’s complete EcoSystem comprising an all new multi-screen redemption system, Self Service Kiosks, Park maintenance module, Employee Attendance Module, Mobile deducting agents, Digital Signage and a full service Food and Beverage module with Mobile POS and Kitchen Display System.
Billy Ball, Managing Director, The Clacton Pier Company Ltd., was quick to praise Semnox for their willingness to listen to customers: “They are more than willing to make changes and add new features based on feedback given, ” he said.
Semnox’ Parafait suite is installed in over 500 locations across more than thirty countries worldwide. It won the ‘Innovative product of the year’ award at the annual IAAPI conference in 2009, 2013 and 2014.
