Leading provider of cashless payment solutions, Semnox Solutions, has boosted revenue and customer footfall for Bihar’s premier food and entertainment destination, Forks N Pins.
Forks N Pins, located in the region’s capital city, Patna, has been utilising Semnox’s Integrated Food Court Management System and Premier cashless debit card solution to manage their Food Court, Game Zone and Bowling Alley.
According to Forks N Pins owner, Chhayank Ankur, the single management software solution has given him the tools to stay ahead in Patna’s increasingly competitive market: “The seamless integration of the card system between our Food Court and Game zone has helped us design and launch various promotional campaigns which have turned out to be cost effective and helped us maximize our revenues.”
