Rhode Island Novelty has launched a new line of plush for the new year. Available from January, Squish Plush combines the soft feel of plush with the squishy, slow rising texture of squish toys.
Rhode Island developed the product line in-house after noticing that squishy plush was a current industry trend. Its 3” Squish Plush clips and 4” Squish Plush balls are available to purchase on the company’s website.
Four new deluxe styles – dinosaurs, emoticons, jungle animals and unicorns – will follow in January. Then, in March 2019, will come the Mushani Squeeze Plush collection, featuring over a dozen animals.
Rhode Island Novelty, which already sells several squish items, is expecting strong demand for Squish Plush from venues including amusement parks, zoos, aquariums and redemption centres.
