Leisure management software specialists, Syx Automations, have been selected by three key attractions in the Netherlands to supply POS and ticketing solutions.
The Central Museum Utrecht, Dolfinarium Harderwijk and Continium Kerkrade approached Syx with varying requirements.
At the Central Museum, which incorporates the Dick Bruna Huis and the Rietveld Schröderhuis, Syx provided POS systems for the entrances, shops and catering facilities. Online ticketing, bookings and group bookings are processed via the cloud-based version of the ReCreateX software solution which is hosted on Syx Automations’ datacentre.
Founded in 1955, Dolfinarium in Harderwijk is the only Dolfinarium in The Netherlands and attracts hundreds and thousands of visitors each year. ReCreateX is being deployed for POS, ticketing, bookings and membership management.
The interactive discovery museum, Continium, opted for POS and booking software, as well as the online ticketing system. Safe and swift entry is managed via a fully integrated access control system with speedgates. A self-service kiosk allows customers to pick up their access ticket using their e-ticket and museum card.
“Syx is very proud that it can welcome these visitor attractions among our customers, ” comments Edwin Hemkes, Sales director of the Syx Automations Group. “Our goal is to offer a leisure management software solution to the leisure industry that enhances visitor experience, but also simplifies their internal way of working. We are delighted that we can in this way help these visitor attractions.”
These new contracts come hot on the heels of 2 high-profile deals in the UK with The View From The Shard and Dreamland Margate.
