ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, has been providing water rides to parks across the US during the course of its 35 years in the business. Now, it is celebrating the fact that eight of these parks have been recognised in USA Today’s list of the Top 10 Best Outdoor Water Parks, as voted for by the publication’s readers.
These parks include Lost Island Waterpark, Splashin’ Safari, Water Country USA, Dollywood’s Splash Country, Adventure Island, Noah’s Ark, and Rapids Water Park. Plus, the top spot was taken by Aquatica Orlando, where the ProSlide Dueling PIPEline ‘Riptide Race’ recently opened to the public.
Award-winning rides

Visitors at these top water parks can enjoy some of ProSlide’s most innovative and popular rides. For instance, Splashin’ Safari opened Cheetah Chase last year, which is the company’s first Launched Dueling RocketBLAST/FlyingSAUCER Water Coaster, and Wildebeest, a ProSlide HydroMAGNETIC ROCKET recently achieveded one million cycles.
Meanwhile, at Lost Island visitors can ride on the iconic TORNADO 60 and Water Country USA and Adventure Island are both home to a TornadoWAVE 60. In addition, ProSlide’s original water coaster, Black Anaconda, is still thrilling guests at Noah’s Ark.
Earlier this month, ProSlide celebrated the opening of its cutting-edge MammothBLAST/FlyingSAUCER 45 water coaster at Aquashow water park in Portugal. This five-person water coaster brings together the company’s successful BLAST technology with the world of rafting for a run family experience.
Also this month, OCT Group announced the opening of its new flagship water park at OCT Xi’an, which features 15 high-performance ProSlide water rides.
