Semnox Solutions, a technology provider for the entertainment and amusement industry, has implemented its integrated venue management system to power operations at Noor Island, the latest family entertainment destination developed by Flash Diamond Events Production in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Noor Island, a centre for soft play and arcade activities, was established to provide high-quality entertainment for children and families within the local community. To fulfil this mission, Flash Diamond explored various systems and ultimately selected Semnox’s all-in-one platform due to its reliability, scalability, and advanced features.

Elevating operational efficiency & boosting the guest experience
The facility now runs its arcade using RFID cards and about 75 Semnox Beam readers to enable tap-to-play functionality. Noor Island additionally employs RFID wristbands for school packages and group visits. This system allows for quick and secure access, tracks play, and facilitates cashless transactions, resulting in a smooth guest experience.
The venue is also preparing to introduce Semnox’s birthday reservation module to improve guest convenience and simplify party planning.

As expansion plans are already in motion, Noor Island is set to become a top leisure destination in Dammam, backed by Semnox’s adaptable technology and dedication to innovation.

With this partnership, Semnox Solutions has provided a fully integrated venue management system that streamlines operations and enhances the visitor experience.
