Warhammer 40,000 universe
Zero Latency’s immersive technology will transport players to the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine universe. Here, they will take the role of Space Marines, powerful super-soldiers, ready to explore the dangerous Hive City and battle swarms of Tyranids, an extraterrestrial threat from beyond the galaxy.
Scott Vandonkelaar, CTO at Zero Latency, says: “The Warhammer 40,000 universe is rich with lore and action, and we really wanted to do it justice. As massive Space Marine fans, we poured our hearts into faithfully recreating the intensity and chaos of the grim darkness of the far future. The experience is nothing short of exhilarating, and we can’t wait for Warhammer fans to feel the thrill of battle firsthand.”
The first players to purchase their tickets in advance will receive one of 5,000 official Limited Edition Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine VR – Defenders of Avarax coins. These coins feature a Tyranid Warrior on one side and the Ultramarines emblem on the other, and are highly coveted by collectors and Warhammer fans.
A teaser of Space Marine VR: Defenders of Avarax premiered earlier in the year on the Warhammer Skulls Showcase.
Zero Latency recently launched a new adaptable 6-player version of its innovative free-roam arena. This allows multi-attraction centres to be more flexible when it comes to offering unforgettable experiences on a compact footprint.
