Hotel and Resort Design South (HRDS) has announced the launch of its inaugural Future Leaders programme, which aims to champion the next generation of hospitality design leaders from the Southern States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. The HRDS team invites the hospitality interior design community from these regions to share their emerging design heroes.
HRDS invites interior designers, project managers, specifiers, and product developers in the hospitality design sector to nominate their exceptional colleagues, outstanding managers, and successful team members. It is particularly seeking individuals who have played a vital role in the recent rapid growth of the hotel industry in these areas. Whether they have led teams in the development of unique boutique hotels or assisted global brands in adapting to regional market demands, the HRDS Future Leaders programme seeks to hear about them.

The next HRDS Future Leader will inspire their team and excel at achieving results, playing a crucial role in the success of their projects. They may be a quick-thinking problem solver, an unrecognised champion, or a creative thinker. Most importantly, they make a positive difference in the hospitality and hotel design sectors across the Southern States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
