365Tickets USA has partnered with the Empire State Building to market the New York City’s landmark’s re-imagined Observatory to its many customers worldwide.

Observatory guests now enter via a dedicated entrance on 20 West 34th Street. As part of the new visitor experience, guests ascend a grand Art Deco staircase that splits around a two-storey model of the building. New electronic, self-service kiosks simplify the ticket choices available before visitors ascend to the world-famous observatories.

365Tickets USA’s president Dino Cappello says the Empire State Building has been one of the company’s top sellers since the online attraction ticket provider was launched four years ago. “365 Tickets has always had a deep affection for the icons in New York City,” he adds. “We are thrilled to see and promote these enhancements at the Empire State Building. These changes will make this an even more exciting attraction.”

Soaring 1,454 feet (443m) from base to antenna above midtown Manhattan, the Empire State Building was named America’s favourite building in a poll conducted by the American Institute of Architects. The Empire State Building Observatory is also New York City’s no.1 tourist destination.
