Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, has announced that it will host a live webinar on 13 December, entitled ‘The best of 2023: product enhancements round-up’. This will be presented by Connect&GO’s head of product, Marc-André Dubé, and there are two sessions planned, one in English and one in French, in order to serve the needs of the firm’s growing client base in the United States, Canada and France.
The English session will be held from 1.00 to 1:30 pm EST, followed by a session in French from 1:30 to 2 pm EST.
Attendees will learn about the top features reshaping the landscape of attractions technology and see how they can use them to help simplify their operations and maximise their revenue. The session will include a look back at Connect&GO’s top feature enhancements of 2023 as well as a sneak peek into what’s coming in 2024.
Both sessions are free and will be recorded, so all registrants can access the recording on-demand afterwards.
Making the operator and customer journey smoother
“It’s been an amazing year for Connect&GO and we’re very excited to showcase our top features of the year to the industry,” says Dubé. “We’re passionate about helping our clients leverage fully connected technology to help them achieve their goals.”
Connect&GO’s integrated management platform, Konnect, seamlessly integrates eCommerce, point-of-sale, access control and cashless into one centralised platform with real-time data. The cloud-based platform uses Virtual Wallet technology to create digital wallets that guests can access using RFID or simple QR codes.
The webinar comes after a strong year for the company, focused on developing the most innovative and flexible integrated platform for the attractions industry. Notable highlights include a partnership with Six Flags and an expanded client partnership with France’s Looping Group as well as debuting new functionality for the French market overall.
“Connect&GO listened to our needs and helped us address our challenges,” says Anne-Lise Vergnory, sales & marketing director of Looping Group. “We worked hand-in-hand to have a solution that now makes the operator and customer journey smoother. The results of our POC were positive: our teams and our visitors were satisfied! We are therefore delighted to deploy the solution in 7 of our group’s parks.”

Last week, Connect&GO also announced that it is collaborating with ARENA23, a groundbreaking indoor multi-sport amusement park that is set to open in mid-2024.
