RocketRez Academy offers an extensive collection of online resources

RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has revealed RocketRez Academy, a comprehensive online resource developed to cater to the needs of tours and attractions professionals who wish to build their skills and grow their businesses.

The online knowledge hub is available on demand, sector-wide, and offers practical, actionable resources designed to help operators overcome critical difficulties in today’s competitive environment.

Advancing the industry

Created in response to ongoing conversations with clients, collaborators, and industry leaders, RocketRez Academy’s accessible learning materials are based on real-world insights. The resource promises to provide professionals with the knowledge required to enhance the visitor experience, streamline operations, and create long-term profitability.

John Pendergrast, CEO of RocketRez, says: “The tours and attractions industry thrives on shared knowledge and continuous improvement. We believe deeply in contributing to the growth and sophistication of the attractions industry as a whole.

“RocketRez Academy is our investment in that vision, providing operators with the practical knowledge and strategic frameworks needed not just to navigate challenges, but to truly excel and grow their businesses sustainably.”

Its materials focus on five core topics that are key to running a successful attraction. They include:

  • Driving ticket sales. Academy users will learn strategies to increase sales through sales channel optimisation, dynamic pricing, conversion improvements, and streamlined booking flows.
  • Elevating the visitor experience. The Academy shares approaches to designing unforgettable, seamless visitor journeys that promote loyalty from initial booking to post-visit engagement.
  • Managing a high-performing attraction. Resources explore how to improve operational efficiency, and cover staff training, capacity management, hardware integration, and seasonal planning.
  • Future-proofing attractions. Users will learn how to use digital tools, prioritise mobile-first strategies, and manage change for long-term success.
  • Data-driven decision making. Content includes ways to leverage analytics and define key performance indicators (KPIs), and how to use forecasting to optimise pricing, personnel, and marketing.

RocketRez Academy includes materials designed for different experience levels, from fundamental concepts to advanced approaches. Learners can easily explore content by business objective, difficulty level, or format, such as guides, checklists, videos, and case studies.

Earlier this year, RocketRez announced a new partnership with Caldwell Zoo, a renowned wildlife sanctuary in Texas, US, following a competitive RFP process. This collaboration seeks to modernise the zoo’s operating systems, leveraging comprehensive digital solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes.
