Semnox solutions, a provider of technology and creative solutions for the entertainment and amusement industry, has announced the successful installation of its Parafait system at AATAPI Wonderland in India. Thanks to the new system, visitors to the theme park can now enjoy a seamless payment experience.
Semnox has completed an installation of the Parafait end-to-end ticketing and cashless automation solution at the biggest theme park in Western India. Arved Ajwa Theme and Amusement Park India (AATAPI) is located in Aiwa, on the outskirts of Vadodara, Gujarat. The Public Private Partnership (PPP) project covers over 70 acres. It provides a fun day out for all the family, with over 60 rides as well as a large food court.
Thanks to Semnox Parafait, park visitors now access the venue through automated access gates, using barcode tickets. Park attendees can also purchase a package which allows access to individual rides by scanning their tickets at ride entry points, avoiding long queues. Cashless payments are accepted across the park thanks to RFID technology, including RFID operated lockers for peace of mind. Counters throughout the park are now making use of all in one POS machines, printers and scanners powered by Semnox’s Parafait software.
A seamless automated system
In one of the largest installations by Semnox to date, AATAPI has also chosen to include online ticketing solutions, inventory management and CRM in the project. The products work together to provide a seamless operations and management system.
