Leading cashless solutions provider, Semnox Solutions, has partnered with Hemisphere West Europe (HW Europe Ltd) in association with Creditcall to roll out integrated contact and contactless credit and debit card payment processing through its flagship product, Parafait.
Parfait, used in over 500 sites worldwide, is an integrated ticketing and cashless solution. Customers use RFID cards or wristbands to buy tickets, enter rides, open lockers and purchase food, beverages and merchandise.
Semnox claims the upgraded system will improve operating times and security for cardholders whilst offering the ability to accept cashless payments. With ChipDNA, Semnox will have access to Creditcall’s online reporting and management tool and can monitor transactions, measure performance, make reports, and issue refunds.

The new processing system will be available to UK and European Family Entertainment Centres and Amusement parks.
