The company, which recently opened its new design studio in the east end of London, is now ISO 9001 Certified for theming design, manufacture and installation.
Developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation, ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard.
The ISO 9001 standard is used to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process based approach.
To achieve this certification, Scruffy Dog demonstrated that its management and operational practices meet the very highest standards.
