Worldwide experience design and production agency, Thinkwell Group, has named Dave Cobb as the company’s new Vice President, Creative Development.
Cobb joined Thinkwell in 2007 from Paramount Pictures/Paramount Parks and has been involved in some of the company's largest projects including Monkey Kingdom theme park and Jurassic Dream Daqing in China, and a touring exhibition for the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.
Craig Hanna, Chief Creative Officer at Thinkwell Group, describes Cobb as “an incredible talent” who is “recognised throughout the industry as a thought leader, and continues to advocate for innovative guest experiences around the world.” He adds, “We are extremely pleased to acknowledge Dave’s role as a senior member of the creative team at Thinkwell.”
Founded in 2001 with headquarters in Los Angeles, Thinkwell Group specialises in the creation of theme parks, resorts, museums, exhibits, location-based entertainment, live performances and events around the world. Cobb’s current projects include a major theme park development, a family entertainment centre, as well as indoor ski and snow projects in the Middle East and China.
