Europa-Park has released details of their new giant 450,000 sqm water park development – Water World Rulantica – which is set to open in 2019.
Rulantica‘s 32,600 sqm indoor waterpark will have eight Nordic themed areas, including Trøll Valley which will be designed for younger children.
25 water attractions are planned with 17 “spectacular water slides”, Germany’s biggest wave pool, and a relaxing “Mystery River”.
In addition there will be an 8,000 sqm large outdoor area with an outdoor pool and “Wild River”.
F&B options for the resort comprise a boathouse themed family restaurant, a self-service restaurant, a café and “cool pool bars” in the indoor and outdoor pools.
The Rulantica development will also host the sixth Europa-Park themed hotel. The 4-star Krønasår will be able to accommodate 1300 guests in 304 themed rooms and suites.
