Intercard gives FECs information at their fingertips

Intercard Egde mobile appIn 2017, Intercard launched the mobile management app iService, which was the first of its kind in the industry. This app makes it easy for business owners to track and manage every arcade game, even over multiple locations. The app can be used to put games out of service remotely. Technicians can also use the app to access repair information and track downtime. All this information is updated in the cloud and on the server.

Two new apps have now joined iService, to form the Edge Mobile App Collection. This helps Intercard’s customers to do even more with their mobile technology. Intercard Upshot can be branded by FECs. This customer facing app lets guests add to their game cards from their mobile device, meaning they no longer have to visit a kiosk to recharge and can continue gaming easily. Added to this is the Inventory app, a useful tool for managing merchandise and inventory. Business owners can easily access their inventory logs through the app and adjust levels when needed. The app collection is available on Android or iOS mobile devices. Used together, these tools can save costs and eliminate mistakes.

Arcade and FEC owners around the world are benefitting from Intercard’s cashless solutions, which can increase revenue and improve the customer experience.
