Vintia, a specialist in innovative all-in-one ticketing and booking systems, has reached a significant milestone by completing its first swimming pool project in Scandinavia, in conjunction with Klubben, one of Norway’s leading suppliers of sports and swimming pool solutions.
Voldabadet, a contemporary swimming pool in Volda, west Norway, opened this month and features Vintia’s advanced cashless technology.
Convenient, cutting-edge solution
The new Voldabadet swimming pool has adopted the Vintia system, to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience for its users. Cutting-edge wristbands can be used throughout the entire visitor experience, from using lockers and access control gates to making purchases at cashier terminals or self-service kiosks. The technology prioritises convenience, to ensure that guests are not distracted from the breathtaking views of the Norwegian landscape.
In addition to providing an intuitive visitor experience, Vintia technology offers operators valuable insights through its easy-to-use management system. Real-time monitoring of visitor flows, transactions, and locker usage is made possible, leading to more effective facility management. In addition, Enviso Pay provides enhanced payment administration and reporting.
Vintia has laid a solid foundation for future growth in Scandinavia with Voldabadet as its first reference project in Norway.
“Together with Klubben, we look forward to exploring new opportunities to transform more Norwegian swimming pools with our innovative solutions, fully translated in Norwegian,” says a spokesperson from the company. “We are proud of this milestone and excited about a successful future in collaboration with our partners!”
Vintia recently announced the official rebrand of Michel Consulting GmbH to Vintia GmbH. Michel Consulting, a leading supplier of cloud software solutions for the pool and leisure sector in the DACH region, was acquired by Salto Systems in 2024. Its strategic name change is part of the group’s wider rebranding and repositioning activities.
Gantner Ticketing changed its name to Vintia last year. The new brand joins the SALTO WECOSYSTEM and is set to advance the leisure and attractions industry with innovative ticketing and booking solutions. The company is a leader in developing cutting-edge, scalable, and comprehensive technologies that enhance guest experiences.
