Connect&GO announces extended contract with Super Aqua Club

News
Connect&Go Super Aqua Club

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has announced that its contract with Super Aqua Club will continue for another three years.

This contract will see the continued use of Connect&GO’s all-in-one management platform Konnect and wearable RFID technology at the Canadian waterpark.

The innovative technology has been used at the Super Aqua Club since 2020 and enables guest data to be integrated from a wide range of platforms. With this data, pulled from over 10 separate platforms into a single real-time system, attractions can offer a more elegant customer experience while gaining insights to improve engagement and revenue.

At Super Aqua Club, Konnect enables frictionless eCommerce activities, such as purchasing tickets, season passes, and special offers. Guests can also use the system to top-up their RFID wristbands or book a private cabana. The cloud-based service also enables fast park entry, with the wristbands being used for on-site retail, dining, and more – while collecting data at every point and reporting in real time.

Partnership pushing boundaries

Working with Connect&GO, Super Aqua Club has been able to introduce new features such as RFID lockers, frictionless mobile food and drink orders, and marketing automation using the integrated ActiveCampaign tool.

“We have achieved significant revenue growth over the years of our partnership with Connect&GO and are very happy to extend our partnership for an additional three years,” says Nadine St-Amant, Super Aqua Club president and co-owner, “The Connect&GO team has always been there every step of the way, and together, we have created a unique and memorable guest experience.”

Dominic Gagnon, Connect&GO CEO, says: “Nadine and the rest of the Super Aqua Club team have been phenomenal partners over the past three years, and we are honored to have earned their trust to continue our partnership. By working with customers like Super Aqua Club who are always pushing boundaries, we can continue to develop and offer the most innovative and efficient platform in the industry.”

This contract extension follows a recent deal to provide the Konnect all-in-one management platform to Le Rond-Point Milieu de jeux, a new FEC in Quebec, and Wild Water Adventure Park in California. The company celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
