InfoComm Asia 2025

InfoComm Asia, the Asia-Pacific region’s leading audio-visual trade show, brought together industry professionals and key buyers from throughout the area at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. The show floor featured 250+ new products from 170 exhibitors, who reported valuable networking opportunities and strong business leads.

This year’s event attracted 7,919 qualified attendees, with a focus on audience quality and influence. The show floor featured participants from the AV and IT channel, including systems integrators, distributors, and consultants from various regions.

In 2025, international attendees accounted for 40%, up from 35% in the previous edition. There was an increase in visitors from markets such as Australia, India, Japan, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. Qualified buyers from 53 countries attended to explore solutions and establish new partnerships.

The show attracted nearly 50 regional journalists and editors, reinforcing its role as a leading source for Pro AV innovations and trends.

This representation highlights the show’s role in bringing together the broadcast and Pro AV industries, as well as the increasing relevance of professional AV technology in various major industries.

“The expo belongs to the industry, and this year we made sure that our guests are the future of Pro AV. Embracing and being part of the future of Pro AV is what the expo is all about. The success metrics of InfoComm Asia are measured by the quality of our attendees’ meaningful conversations and measurable successes. The feedback has been phenomenal,” says June Ko, executive director of InfoComm Asia.

“The significant increase in high-value international buyers with immediate purchasing needs proves that InfoComm Asia is the essential platform where the region’s Pro AV community gathers to connect, learn, and drive the industry forward.

“Seeing over 250 new products on the show floor proves that the region is ready to provide innovation that enhances projects and inspires every industry to think about what it could be. Allowing Pro AV to push boundaries and enhance our lives. I’m incredibly proud of the InfoCommAsia team and our alliance with AVIXA.”

Feedback from attendees

The event was lively, with strong engagement and targeted business connections. The Invited Guests Program successfully brought together top buyers from 10 countries, representing over US$100 million in approved budgets for projects set for completion within 12 to 18 months.

InfoComm Asia linked high-value buyers from 10 industries with exhibitors through guided tours, one-on-one meetings, and networking sessions over three days.

“InfoComm Asia is the place to be!” says Anand Hariharan, director, solutions engineer from Cisco. “If you are in the AV industry, you must be here, and you cannot afford to miss it. We met with many consultants and integrators who help guide their end-user customers to make the right decisions on the choice of products, and lots of end-user customers who came with ready budgets.”

Marthesh Nagendra, senior director, Enterprise APAC from Netgear, adds: “We see a good influx of visitors at InfoComm Asia. We met with buyers from the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and even those from China. We also attended to customers from Australia, South Korea and about ten times more customers from Japan.”

Stacy Chiang, marketing specialist from BXB says: “There are more visitors this year, and they are more targeted customers. They come with ready projects and have more interest in our products.”

New tech on show

Visitors considered the show vital for finding new technology. Jeffrey Belaro, AV technical manager from AV Beyond Innovations, a systems integrator from the Philippines, visited InfoComm Asia 2025 to “check new products and new technologies that we can incorporate to our system.”

He was impressed by the innovation on display: “The technology we see here is advanced, such as the ultra-thin LED screens that can be installed on glass. That’s one of the many advanced technologies we are looking for at the show.”

Tuan Khoi Nguyen, founder and director of AK Technologies and an invited guest from Vietnam, attended to find motion system solutions and rated the event as highly productive. “I came here for better ideas and to source for devices. I was lucky to find at least seven matching products, and that has already exceeded my expectations.”

“This is a great place to see what the new technologies are and learn about them,” says Bruce Crompton, director from Crompton Manufacturing Consultants Vietnam, who adds he was “impressed with the size” of the show.

Exhibitors expressed optimism regarding the networking opportunities achieved and commended the high-calibre and diverse attendees. “This is a pretty good thing for us,” says Chen Jinfu, business development manager representing Powersoft.

“We have been meeting a lot more consultants, a lot more quality end-users and we’ve been seeing a lot more people not only from Southeast Asia, but from India, from Japan, from Korea, Hong Kong, China, all attending this year’s InfoComm Asia.”

“Our company moved its focus to the Asian markets, so we came here and found many opportunities,” says Alice Lee, director of international marketing from Soundking, a first-time exhibitor. “We met many customers from Malaysia, Indonesia and many with big projects. We will come back next year.”

New for 2025

The 2025 edition stood out through a range of new initiatives and curated experiences designed to deepen engagement among attendees. The event commenced with the Smart Tech Stage, where a lively performance brought together over 250 guests and media representatives in celebration of this annual gathering.

For the first time, leading brands such as Harman, NEAT, and Cisco set up dedicated demo rooms, offering visitors an immersive and up-close exploration of their latest technologies in an optimal setting.

Community building was also a central theme, highlighted by the Asian debut of AVIXA Xchange LIVE, which brought the dynamic online community onto the show floor for in-person meetups. These included popular sessions for the AVIXA Women’s Council and Rising Professionals, reinforcing the idea that “real conversations still win.”

Experiential learning also played a significant role, with the highly sought-after Tech Tours offering exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to a cutting-edge virtual production studio and an immersive nightclub. These tours demonstrated professional AV technology in impressive real-world applications.
