Universal Studios Hollywood’s ‘Terror Tram’ attraction for Halloween Horror Nights 2022 is offering crossover experience featuring Jordan Peele‘s blockbuster movies, Nope and Us

The crossover experience will serve as the grand finale of the popular Terror Tram, with ‘The Tethered’ from Us invading the new Jupiter’s Claim set from Nope.

Jupiter’s Claim is a fictional theme park featured in Peele’s new sci-fi horror film. It opened earlier this year as part of Universal Studios Hollywood‘s Studio Tour.

In the film, Jupiter’s Claim is inspired by the California Gold Rush and owned and operated by former child star Ricky ‘Jupe’ Park, played by Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead).

As visitors make their way through a “choreographed massacre” at the Nope set, they will meet the “vengeful doppelgangers” seen in 2019’s Us.

In addition, this year’s haunted houses include ‘The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare’, ‘Halloween’, ‘Universal Monsters: Legends Collide’‘The Horrors of Blumhouse’, ‘Scarecrow: The Reaping’ and ‘Universal Horror Hotel’.

‘Killer Klowns from Outer Space’ puts guests in a “frightening funhouse of murderous clown-like creatures”, while ‘la Llorona: The Weeping Woman” brings to life the legend of La Llorona.

Scare zones are ‘El Pueblo del Terror’, ‘Sideshow Slaughterhouse’ and ‘Clownsawz’. Also, award-winning hip hop dance crew Jabbawockeez will be performing a nightly show with “gravity-defying dance moves, special effects and pulse-pounding music”.

For the first time ever, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter will be home to Death Eaters, with Voldemort’s frightening followers roaming Hogsmeade.

Universal Orlando has also unveiled the full lineup of horrifying haunted houses, sinister scare zones and spine-chilling shows for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights.

Halloween Horror Nights begins on 8 September at Universal Studios Hollywood and on 2 September at Universal Orlando Resort. Both events will run through 31 October.
