JRA, part of RWS Entertainment Group, is celebrating the successful completion of a brand experience project in Dandridge, Tennessee, US. The company provided master planning, design and implementation services for the reimagined museum, working in partnership with the team at Bush’s.
Lodged in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Bush’s Visitor Center Museum celebrates Bush’s rich history and all things beans through an engaging, educational experience which has been called ‘The World’s Most Beautiful Bean Museum’.
Originally opening in 2010, the museum aims to educate visitors on the Bush’s brand and its many facets including nutrition, sourcing and sustainability.
“I am proud to see my family’s legacy of spreading bean goodness portrayed in a fun and interactive way at the new Bush’s Visitor Center Museum,” says Drew Everett, Bush’s Chairman and 4th-generation Bush family member. “As a family-owned business, we are thrilled to be able to share our history and welcome our visitors to Chestnut Hill to experience bean goodness first-hand.”
Healthy experiences
Sheltered in the original Bush’s general store, the new museum combines familiar historical elements with new and innovative digital experiences.
Exhibits include an interactive digital shelf with an array of Bush’s products, allowing visitors to interact by selecting a product of their choice to learn more about the ingredient and recipes, as well as a reimagined bean scale where visitors can stand on the scale and receive their weight in beans.
Other features include a virtual plant tour highlighting the manufacturing process in a refreshed theatre space and new displays exploring company history.
Alongside its free-admission museum experience, The Bush’s Visitor also features a general store and the Bush’s Family Café, serving southern comfort food, including its renowned Pinto Bean Pie. More information about Bush’s Visitor Center is available on the venue’s website.
JRA has recently announced the launch of Prince: The Immersive Experience, a new attraction based in Chicago created in partnership with Superfly and The Prince Estate.
