Saudi’s Adeera to operate hotels at Qiddiya City entertainment hub

Adeera will manage Saudi-born hotel brands at the site

Saudi Arabian hospitality company Adeera has partnered with Qiddiya Investment Company to operate a portfolio of hotels across Qiddiya City.

Established by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), Adeera will manage Saudi-born hotel brands at Qiddiya City, the Qiddiya giga-project‘s entertainment hub.

The partnership between Adeera and Qiddiya is part of the PIF’s ambitions to develop Saudi Arabia’s tourism and hospitality sector as a key driver of economic diversification.

Managing director of Qiddiya Investment Company, Abdullah Aldawood, said: “This partnership reflects Qiddiya’s commitment to delivering exceptional experiences rooted in excellence, quality, and Saudi identity.

“Adeera brings the depth, readiness, and Saudi-rooted identity needed to bring our hospitality vision to life.

“We are leveraging a national champion purpose-built to deliver authentic Saudi hospitality at scale.”

Showcasing Saudi hospitality at Qiddiya

Adeera will operate a range of hotels at Qiddiya City, including Saudi luxury brand Alia, five-star lifestyle offering Sama, and mid-market concept Noor.

“This partnership sets the tone for what Adeera was built to do – to power Saudi Arabia’s ambitious hospitality pipeline with living, breathing brands that embody the hospitable Saudi culture,” said CEO of Adeera, Stefan Leser.

“We are not just managing hotels; we are showcasing what Saudi hospitality means on the world stage.”

Six Flags Qiddiya Twilight Gardens

Adeera’s hotels will serve guests at Qiddiya City, a major destination home to attractions such as Six Flags Qiddiya City – the largest and most expensive Six Flags to date, offering the world’s tallest, longest and fastest roller coaster.

Highlights in Qiddiya City include Aquarabia – the largest water park in the Middle East, and the world’s first Dragon Ball theme park.

State-of-the-art experiences being developed for Qiddiya City also include a gaming and esports district, an immersive motorsport circuit, and a performing arts centre that will enhance the theatre experience with technologies like VR, AR and AI.
