Lord Cultural Resources, the world’s largest cultural professional practice, has announced that its US president, Joy Bailey-Bryant, will be moderating a plenary lunch panel at the Building Museums Symposium 2023, which takes place in Atlanta, Georgia, on 13 March.
A national symposium, Building Museums focuses on the process, promise, and pitfalls of planning and managing museum-building projects. During this year’s event, Bailey-Bryant will moderate a session entitled From Visitors to Activists, From a Museum to an Institution – How to Transform Visitors and Ourselves.
The expert speakers taking part in this panel are Jill Savitt, president of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and her colleague, director Nicole Moore, alongside Tanja Zoellner of Atelier Brückner Exhibit Designers and Kenneth Luker of Perkins + Will Architects.
