AStation announces global launch of licensing programme at IAAPA Expo 2025

AStation, a pioneer in mixed reality entertainment that transforms ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences, has announced the global launch of its licensing programme at IAAPA Expo 2025.

This move opens the floodgates for theme parks, family entertainment centres (FECs), and museums to tap into the over $300 billion mixed reality market expected to be generated by 2035.

The company plans to launch its first 100 licenses next year, with IAAPA attendees being the first to learn about this opportunity, providing them the best chance to acquire a license.

Mixed-reality adventures

AStation adds imaginative digital content to outdoor spaces without the need for new physical infrastructure or costly construction. Picture dragons flying over walkways and alien invasions in parking lots, all achieved without laying any foundations or interrupting daily activities.

“We're democratizing the attractions industry,” says Chris Chen, AStation CEO. “Every venue operator asks the same question: ‘How do we add new attractions without the capital expense nightmare?’ AStation is the answer.”

The licensing programme covers four established verticals. In theme parks and amusement parks, AStation enables superheroes to save the world, guests to participate in their favourite movies, and audiences to experience exceptional themed storytelling.

Zoos, aquariums, and museums use the platform to animate artefacts and creatures in their natural habitats, bringing museum exhibits to life with captivating educational content, while water parks and resorts transform pool decks and lazy rivers into exclusive extended reality experiences, offering Instagram-worthy amenities that boost bookings.

FECs can deploy advanced attractions with minimal real estate requirements, enabling seasonal content rotation without physical renovations.

A proven model

Powered by Enterverse, AStation's proprietary technology platform, the company can create mixed-reality entertainment at scale, both indoors and outdoors.

Combined with Apple Vision Pro, the leading spatial computing headset, AStation crafts vivid, memorable adventures unlike any ride, themed area, or AR goggles.

The attractions industry is confronting a perfect storm of increasing construction costs and visitors seeking increasingly spectacular experiences. AStation addresses all these challenges.

Modern building with colorful murals, large glass windows, and statues, surrounded by trees.

“We've proven the model in Asia's most competitive markets,” Chen adds. “Now we're bringing that same technology, that same profitability, that same guest satisfaction to operators worldwide who understand that the future isn't about building bigger – it's about imagining bolder.”

AStation transforms compact spaces of just tens of square metres into vast immersive environments equivalent to thousands of square metres.

Furthermore, AStation adds value to its prospective partners’ Intellectual Property (IP). “The Enterverse elevates and amplifies IP,” says Chen. “We welcome visionary IP holders to collaborate with us in redefining experiential engagement.”

AStation releases four new immersive titles each year, providing fresh experiences that encourage visitors to return. Two titles, ‘Cosmos’ and ‘Wonders,’ launch this month, with blockbuster projects already in progress for 2026.

Coming soon, Palace Restored will show guests what was once considered the world’s most stunning palace before it was destroyed. Likewise, Pebble in the Greatest Wall promises an epic journey along one of humanity's greatest architectural achievements, all without leaving the venue.
