This Mobile Wallet system has now won Most Innovative Application of Technology at the 2023 Middle East and North Africa Leisure & Attractions Council (MENALAC) Awards.
The coveted MENALAC Awards celebrate outstanding organisations in the leisure, entertainment and attractions industry. Most Innovative Application of Technology was awarded to Magic Planet for the cashless solution’s ability to integrate cutting-edge technology into the FEC’s operations – improving both profitability and customer satisfaction.
Magic Planet also celebrated further success at the awards, winning Best Family Entertainment Centre for City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah.
Mobile Wallet users spend five times more
Magic Planet is the first and only FEC operator in the EMEA region to launch Embed’s Mobile Wallet technology.
This technology enables a virtual game card to be added to the customer’s Apple Wallet and Google Pay apps. Gameplay is user-friendly with easy reloading, and this focus on customer experience has proven highly successful.
