Blackpool's Pleasure Beach Resort is bringing back its behind-the-scenes tours after a sell-out experience earlier this year.

For a handful of days in November and December, guests can visit some of the park's more mysterious locations, including beneath rides, inaccessible areas, and secret tunnels.

The separately-ticketed experience, which costs £55, is limited to four slots across four days on 5, 12 and 26 November, and 3 December.

Pleasure Beach hosted similar tours earlier this year, which sold out in minutes, the resort said in a press release.

Visitors will also hear from staff, learn about Pleasure Beach's history, and receive a commemorative postcard.

CEO of Pleasure Beach Resort, Amanda Thompson OBE, said the tours "give guests a rare chance to see how we make the magic happen".

"They were received so well last time and sold out very quickly, so we’re really pleased to be able to offer them again," she added.

Additionally, the tours will "hopefully give guests a glimpse of the exciting things to come in 2026", Thompson said.

Among Pleasure Beach's plans for 2026 is a new £8.72 million swinging pendulum ride, set to be the UK‘s tallest of its kind.

Named Aviktas, the attraction is a Gyro Swing by Intamin, a creator of record-breaking amusement rides.

"This ride will be colossal, daunting, exhilarating and an incredible addition to the town," said Thompson earlier this year.

Pleasure Beach is open through 29 November, when there will be an end of season fireworks show.
