International Live Music Conference (ILMC) has announced the agenda for the 2026 edition of Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL), an event for the travelling show and exhibition industry.
Set to be the most ambitious and business-critical edition so far, TEL will take place as part of ILMC's annual conference on Wednesday, 25 February at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.
The event is free to attend for ILMC delegates. Alternatively, to book a one-day TEL-only ticket, please click here.
Insights, opportunities, and new productions
In 2026, the agenda explores the most pressing questions facing producers, promoters, agencies, rights-holders, and venue partners as the touring entertainment sector continues its rapid international expansion.
The Who Wants to Be a Billionaire? session explores how operators can optimise per-guest revenue as costs increase, highlighting the growing importance of personalised experiences, innovative merchandise, VIP strategy, sponsorship integration, and branded F&B.
This is followed by the annual TEL Keynote Interview, which offers insights into the thinking of one of the sector’s most influential executives.
Previous speakers have included ABBA Voyage producer Svana Gisla, Sony Masterworks president Mark Cavell, and Fever’s Mariano Otero. The 2026 keynote speaker will be revealed soon.

Deal or No Deal: Touring Trends offers a quick overview of the key factors influencing growth. A changing lineup of producers, creatives, IT specialists, and marketers will break down the trends worth supporting, those that should be ignored, and the solutions to the long-standing operational problems in touring.

TEO’s Manon Delaury is once again holding the stopwatch in the Quick-Fire Session. This fast-paced showcase of new touring productions remains one of the event's popular sessions and is a vital scouting opportunity for bookers.
B-Market Goldmine will then explore the booming prospects in rapidly growing secondary markets. With major cities becoming saturated and increasingly costly, the panel discusses how promoters are engaging new audiences, cutting costs, and creating long-term value beyond traditional hotspots.
Additionally, TEL will host a promoter-focused session, with full details to be announced shortly.
This year’s edition will put even more emphasis on networking opportunities for delegates, including an hour-long networking breakfast, a top-tier networking lunch, and a special closing event.
All attendees will have access to a dedicated TEL Networking Scheme, built by Confiva, to help identify and arrange meetings with key people ahead of the event.
Networking the touring entertainment industry
TEL 2026 will welcome the world’s leading show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and promoters.
With panel discussions, keynote interviews, show and project presentations, and networking opportunities, this event brings the sector together to solve common challenges and discover new opportunities.
In February, the 2025 edition of TEL built on the remarkable success of the 2024 launch with a comprehensive schedule of discussion panels, masterclasses, and additional activities that address the critical issues impacting the business.
