The Touring Exhibitions Organisation (Teo), a one-stop resource platform for the international touring exhibitions community, has announced that it will host the Touring Exhibitions Pavilion in Paris in collaboration with Museum Connections.
This annual event is dedicated to international touring exhibitions. It brings global producers and hosts of travelling exhibitions together to share the latest productions, trends, and initiatives.
Teo is offering the Touring Exhibitions Pavilion space and specialised conference sessions in collaboration with Museum Connections as part of the Paris event for museums and cultural organisations. It will take place on 14 and 15 January at the Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Hall 5.2.
Get involved
Museums, cultural, historical, and tourism organisations seeking exhibitions for upcoming programs will have the chance to meet with international exhibitions producers and specialist providers in a spacious welcome lounge area, as well as explore a broad range of art, science, design, history, world cultures, popular culture, and natural history exhibitions that are available for future presentations.
Teo will also host two special conference sessions highlighting the most recent creations and breakthroughs from the world of travelling exhibitions. The complete programme will be announced in the coming months.
The Call for Speakers is now open, and Teo is accepting submissions for its touring conference sessions. Two sessions devoted to international exhibitions on tour will allow cultural institutions and international producers (members of Teo) to showcase their most recent productions. Those interested in presenting their exhibitions at one of the two sessions should contact the Teo team.
International producers and specialised suppliers will be able to participate in the Pavilion. They can join the Pavilion lounge area to showcase their shows and offerings, greet guests, host partners and potential customers, and distribute their promotional materials. There will also be options to set up a booth. Click here to register interest in learning about the opportunities to join the Pavilion.
Participants can also meet with institutions and groups looking for exhibitions to discuss content opportunities that fit their programming needs. The Teo team can set up meetings on the Pavilion to provide an overview of relevant productions. In addition, attendees can attend unique social events and exhibition tours.
