Blanco y Negro, a producer and distributor of pioneering immersive and virtual reality experiences, is marking the opening of four new locations for Fairy Tales Immersive Experience during November, continuing the attraction's global growth.

Last month, the VR attraction opened in Oberhausen, Germany; Warsaw, Poland; Andorra la Vella, Andorra; and New Jersey, US.

These launches strengthen the international presence of a project that is becoming one of the most adaptable, scalable and successful family-focused immersive experiences on the market.

Ricard Tomás, co-managing director and director of innovation, Blanco y Negro Music, says: "Our goal is to deliver high-quality immersive experiences that can flexibly adapt to different markets, cultures and venues.

"These new openings demonstrate the strength of Fairy Tales as a competitive IP and the trust our partners place in a model that combines compelling storytelling with highly efficient technical operations."

Scalable turnkey experiences with outstanding audience ratings

Created and produced by Blanco y Negro Music and Univrse, an acclaimed VR specialist, Fairy Tales offers an accessible, high-quality experience for all the family that wraps immersive XR technology in a warm storytelling universe.

Outstanding audience ratings collected across all locations reflect the experience's emotional storytelling, visual worldbuilding and intuitive interaction design.

This positive feedback loop now serves as a key driver for promoters seeking family-friendly, high-impact content with consistent operational performance.

Brian Jia, Clownfish XR, USA promoter, New Jersey, says: "Fairy Tales delivers an unforgettable experience.

"The VR journey is exceptionally immersive, and our audiences consistently express their enthusiasm, many saying it exceeded their expectations and that they would happily recommend it to friends.

"The realism and emotional impact of the experience continue to impress visitors of all ages"

Fairy Tales has a modular, rapid-deployment architecture that adapts to cultural venues, retail destinations, and event halls. It supports ongoing commercial operations, helping promoters grow audiences, revenue, and market visibility while ensuring consistent quality across territories.

The project first launched in Asia in 2024 with a rapid touring strategy across major Chinese cities, including Ningbo, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu.

This approach demonstrated the effectiveness of Fairy Tales as a self-contained touring box that can be transported, installed, and activated quickly, allowing high visitor throughput and smooth venue rotation. It proved especially appealing in markets that value rapid deployment and scalable operations.

Xichen, operation manager in Shanghai, Chengdu Future Zedian Technology Co., Ltd., says: "The project has demonstrated strong multi-city performance across China, confirming that narrative-driven VR with universal emotional appeal attracts broad audiences well beyond the expected family segment.

"Its streamlined technology and minimal operational requirements have enabled fast deployment, flexible venue selection and reliable day-to-day management. Consistent positive feedback from both consumers and industry professionals highlights the experience’s high content quality and strong market fit."

Expanding international partner network

Fairy Tales expanded into Europe in summer 2025, starting with a private installation tour across several cities in Andalusia (Spain), including Seville, Granada, Córdoba, Cádiz, Jerez, Jaén, and Huelva. It then launched publicly in Oostende, Belgium, in partnership with Gracia Live.

The rollout continued in Budapest, Hungary; Birmingham, UK; Warsaw, Poland; and Andorra la Vella, Andorra, with a further installation in Oberhausen, Germany, delivered with FKP Scorpio.

These deployments highlighted the format’s flexibility for exhibition centres, cultural venues, and retail locations, while also showcasing the team’s capacity to replicate installation quality and ensure consistent operational performance across different markets.

The experience debuted in North America in November 2025 at American Dream Mall in New Jersey, one of the most prominent entertainment complexes in the US.

Launched during Thanksgiving, the opening demonstrated both strong audience engagement and Fairy Tales’s suitability for busy holiday periods. This deployment marks the first step in a broader expansion plan for 2026 across the US.

Fairy Tales has now welcomed tens of thousands of guests across all territories, cementing its strong commercial performance.

Promoters and venue operators consistently emphasise three main strengths of the project:

  • High adaptability for various venue types and multiple business models
  • Operational efficiency with quick installation, compact technical footprint and lower staffing requirements
  • Proven performance, with consistent audience traction and excellent guest reviews across different regions.

In addition to ongoing operations, new negotiations are underway in European, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets, led by promoters seeking premium, family-focused content with clear commercial potential.

Ziyang, operation manager in Chengdu, Chengdu Weilai Zedian Tech Co Ltd, says: "Fairy Tales introduces a new benchmark in immersive VR by placing audiences at the heart of the narrative, moving beyond traditional passive formats.

"The experience has demonstrated strong family appeal, particularly among younger visitors, with high repeat attendance and consistent week-on-week engagement. It has proven to be a reliable, high-impact attraction for venues seeking repeatable, family-driven footfall.”

Fairy Tales remains available for licensing in territories where it has not yet premiered. It benefits from a turnkey production model, a strong global brand, and a growing network of partners.

These recent launches confirm Fairy Tales’ scalability and the team’s ability to deliver high-quality, immersive experiences worldwide, while adapting to the needs of different promoters, formats, and technical infrastructures.

Earlier this year, the Fairy Tales Immersive Experience was showcased at ISE 2025 during a Tech Tour to the Univrse HQ.
