Semnox Solutions, a technology provider for the entertainment and amusement industry, has teamed up with Virtuoze, a newly launched immersive virtual reality arcade in New Brunswick, Canada.
Virtuoze invites guests to explore an immersive gaming environment filled with shared experiences, featuring an array of advanced VR attractions, including VR simulators, Free Movement, solo “Pod” adventures, and group missions. Additionally, the facility features the Oze Room, a private space for parties and group gatherings.
Semnox collaborated with Virtuoze founder Jason Marmen to create a tailored system that supports his non-traditional model, providing a modern and user-friendly experience for guests.
A flexible, guest-friendly solution
“At Virtuoze, our goal is to make virtual reality accessible, exciting, and easy to enjoy,” said Jason. “Semnox provided the technology and support to help bring that vision to life. With their self-service kiosks and RFID readers, our guests can jump right into the adventure with just a tap.”
The new facility is powered by Semnox’s comprehensive technology solutions, featuring the acclaimed Lumin RFID readers and Klassic Pro Self-Service Kiosks. Players have the option to tap a card or wristband to engage with individual attractions, creating a smooth, cashless “pay as you go” experience designed around Virtuoze’s time-based model.
“Virtuoze is a completely VR-centric venue, and that requires a flexible, guest-friendly solution to match,” said Phil Showler, Sales Head- North America at Semnox Solutions. “We’re proud to support Jason and his team with a system that allows these unique attractions to shine.”
Semnox Solutions also recently carried out several outdoor amusement events in Saudi Arabia alongside local provider Falco Playhub Solutions. This partnership represents a significant milestone as Bright Future International Company, which powers Future Group’s seasonal events, has officially moved to the Semnox cashless system.
Thanks to the efforts of Falco Playhub Solutions, Semnox installed its RFID-based system at three major outdoor events, replacing the client’s former setup.
