Global cloud-based software platform for the leisure and entertainment industry, ROLLER, has expanded its offering with three new modules.
ROLLER Mail is a brand new marketing feature that allows users to target their customer base with fully customised, eye-catching and automated email campaigns.
Recurring Passes allows venues to easily manage repeat-selling such as programmes and passes, saving valuable time and money.
Finally, Playground gives users the opportunity to test functionality, train staff and more in the ROLLER platform without impacting the venue’s live platform. What’s more, the service is completely free.
The ROLLER software platform has swiftly gained traction in the amusement and leisure industry and beyond, currently supporting clients in 15 countries.

The platform brings together all the disparate operational functions required by a venue, such as ticketing and marketing, into one place. This improves the customer experience because they only have to engage with one platform. And, it gives venues an intuitive, 360 view of those customers, as well as offering a growing range of modules and apps that allow for ticketing, targeted marketing, POS, CRM and more.
The system also supports RFID wristband technology, increasingly used by venues such as theme parks as a one-stop solution for ticketing, in-park purchasing and smoother F&B service.
Software platform on a roll with $7 million funding
True to its name, ROLLER is currently on a roll, having secured $7 million in funding to support international growth. Founded by brothers Luke & Mark Finn in Australia and currently operating offices in Melbourne, London and Los Angeles, the company has ambitious expansion plans. The new funding is earmarked to accelerate growth in North America and Europe, as well as expand ROLLER’s product development team.
“ROLLER will continue to invest heavily in technology and innovation in order to help our clients grow. This has been key to our success to date,” explains Luke Finn.
ROLLER will be exhibiting at the upcoming Euro Attractions Show. Meet the team at Booth 5-164, 25-27 September, 2018 at RAI Amsterdam.
