D-TEX Visual

D-Tex Visual is a designer and manufacturer of the latest in sensor technology, specialising in patented AI detection. Everything is developed in-house, from hardware to AI algorithms, by the core team. So, customising the technology to suit any application is not an issue.

Bolt-iT is the first of a range of detection products by D-Tex Visual for conditional based monitoring (CBM). The sensor can be fitted to existing fixings, joints and infrastructure without the need for disassembly. This then maintains the integrity of the original assembly.

D-TEX Visual

Once installed, the technology is capable of detecting nut or bolt rotation, bend, shear, and stretch, as well as changes in vibration levels or triple-axis pitch and roll of any asset. Therefore, it is ideal for detecting structural movement caused by geological or other natural events.

Three years in the making, the core product Bolt-iT has been adopted by Qiddiya City on the world record-breaking Falcon’s Flight and other global theme park operators.

The advantages of this technology extend beyond anomaly detection. The system enables operators to achieve time and cost savings on inspections while also minimising risks for employees. Bolt-it is designed not to replace the inspections but to assist in decreasing their frequency, thereby conserving staff time and potentially reducing equipment rental costs.

By lowering the frequency of inspections, the company also lessens engineers’ exposure to hazards. The time saved from this reduction allows resources to be redirected to other areas, enhancing overall efficiency.

Attendees can meet CTO Lee Hollinshead.

Embed – booth #2-773

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, will showcase its latest innovations at IAAPA Expo Europe 2025. IAAPA Europe Embed

Additionally, Embed will debut eSHOP. This is an online one-stop store designed to enable FEC operators to purchase hardware, cards, parts, and accessories anytime, anywhere—streamlining procurement into three simple steps: Select. Ship. Pay. Initially rolled out in the US, eSHOP is now being expanded with additional product ranges, faster transactions, and 24/7 real-time customer support.

Also debuting in Europe is Embed’s unattended payments solution, powered by Windcave. This reader is designed for unmanned machines, such as vending units, self-service kiosks, claw machines, and photo booths.
